Marketplace Nature

H2 Gadgets Shop is an online marketplace connecting buyers with independent vendors. The platform does not own or manufacture products listed by vendors, and product responsibility remains with the vendor.

CypherX Escrow Payments

• Buyer pays for the order through CypherX escrow.
• Funds are held until delivery is confirmed.
• Buyer confirmation releases funds to the vendor.
• Auto-release may apply if no confirmation is received after the window expires.

Delivery Confirmation

Buyers must confirm delivery after receiving their order. Failure to act may lead to automatic release once delivery is confirmed.

Disputes

• Disputes must be opened within the allowed timeframe.
• Disputes can be raised for non-delivery, significant mismatch, or damage.
• Failure to raise a dispute may lead to automatic payment release.

Returns and Refunds

Return policies may vary by vendor. If a dispute is resolved in favor of the buyer, the buyer may be required to return the item before a refund is issued.

Buyer Responsibilities

• Review product details before purchase.
• Avoid fraudulent disputes or escrow abuse.
• Do not attempt off-platform payments.

Limitation of Liability

H2 Gadgets is not liable for vendor product defects, delivery delays, or vendor warranties. Vendors or manufacturers remain responsible for product quality and warranties.

Device Authenticity

• Verify IMEI numbers.
• Review device specifications.
• Check vendor ratings before purchase.

Platform Availability

H2 Gadgets does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance and technical issues may occur.

Indemnification and Governing Law

Buyers agree to hold H2 Gadgets harmless for claims arising from platform use. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
