2. Account Registration and Eligibility

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior.

3. Orders and Purchase Process

Product descriptions, pricing, and availability are provided by vendors. While we strive for accuracy, errors may occur.

Orders are only confirmed after successful payment processing.

Users may manually add items to cart and checkout, or use AI-assisted shopping where available.

4. Payment and Escrow (CypherX Integration)

H2 Gadget Shop uses a secure escrow system powered by CypherX to protect both buyers and sellers.

• Buyer completes payment via supported methods.

• Buyer confirms delivery.
• Funds are released to the vendor.
• If the buyer does not confirm delivery within the specified timeframe, the system may automatically release funds after delivery confirmation.

5. Delivery Confirmation Process

• Buyers receive a delivery confirmation code upon shipment or delivery.
• Buyers must provide this code to the vendor after receiving the product.
• Vendors use this code to confirm delivery and complete the transaction.
• Failure to confirm delivery may result in automatic release of funds after the confirmation window expires.

6. Disputes and Resolution

Buyers may open disputes for non-delivery, damaged products, or significant mismatch from description.

Disputes must be initiated within the specified timeframe. Late disputes may not be considered.

Evidence may be required (including images, messages, and delivery logs). Funds may be held during investigation.

H2 Gadget Shop reserves the right to determine final outcomes.

7. Returns and Refunds

• Return policies may vary by vendor.
• Buyers may be required to return items before refunds are issued.
• Refunds are processed based on dispute outcomes.
• H2 Gadget Shop facilitates the process but does not guarantee vendor acceptance of returns outside defined policies.

8. Buyer Responsibilities

• Verify seller credibility (ratings and reviews).
• Use escrow and avoid off-platform transactions.
• Avoid fraudulent disputes or abuse of platform protections.

9. Vendor Responsibilities

• Provide accurate product descriptions.
• Deliver products within agreed timelines.
• Honor warranties and return policies.
• Avoid misleading or fraudulent practices.
• Non-compliance may result in account suspension or removal from the platform.

10. Device Authenticity and Verification

• Buyers are encouraged to verify IMEI numbers where applicable.
• Review device specifications carefully.
• Confirm authenticity before confirming delivery.
• H2 Gadget Shop may provide verification tools or integrations but does not guarantee authenticity.

11. AI Shopping Assistant

H2 Gadget Shop offers an optional AI-powered assistant that can recommend products, assist with cart actions, and guide users through checkout and order tracking.

• The AI assistant operates only with user interaction and consent.
• Users may disable or ignore the assistant at any time.

12. Prohibited Activities

• Fraud, scams, or illegal activities.
• Manipulation of escrow or dispute systems.
• Attempted payments outside the platform.
• Interference with platform security or functionality.
• Violations may result in immediate suspension and legal action where applicable.

13. Third-Party Services and Integrations

H2 Gadget Shop integrates with third-party services including CypherX payment/escrow providers, logistics partners, and authentication providers (TikTok, Google, Facebook, Apple).

We are not responsible for failures or errors caused by third-party services or policies governing third-party platforms.

14. Platform Availability

H2 Gadget Shop aims to provide reliable service but does not guarantee continuous availability or error-free performance.

• We may perform maintenance.
• We may update or modify features.
• We may temporarily suspend services when necessary.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, H2 Gadget Shop is not liable for vendor product defects, delivery delays, or warranty claims.

Vendors and manufacturers remain fully responsible for product quality.

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the transaction in question.

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless H2 Gadget Shop from claims arising from misuse of the platform, violations of these Terms, and disputes between buyers and vendors.

17. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines data collection, data usage, and security practices.
